Our story

Meridian started in 2009, when a Cherry Creek broker named Maya Castellanos and two partners decided Denver sellers deserved a written, reasoned price instead of a flattering guess. The market was difficult and clients were nervous. Honest numbers turned out to be good business.

Seventeen years later we are 38 agents across four offices. We added property management in 2014, a Highland storefront for buyers in 2017, a commercial team in LoDo in 2020 and a Boulder office in 2023. We are still independent and locally owned, and our managing brokers still carry their own clients.

What has not changed is the promise: a price you can understand, a reply within two hours, and an agent who tells you when not to buy, sell or sign.
